I am Emersen Frazier, a native Kansan and graduate of Claflin University and MPH graduate from the University of South Carolina (UofSC) Arnold School of Public Health. My emphasis at UofSC was in health services, policy, and management. I use my experience and passion in public health, health equity, policy, and community advocacy as the Director of Health Equity and Policy at Stormont Vail Health in Topeka, KS.
